After all these hard months we are going through, we are more than ready to receive you on board. So far the season has been great in Bluefin and Big Eye Tuna, and now we are expecting the well-loved Blue Marlin.  Seems like situation is improving a little bit!

Despite this “new normality” that we are all living right now we have been able to fish this season, not as many time as we are used to, but we have enjoyed a great TUNA season! we have caught around 20 big eye tunas between 80 and 160 kgs in one of the best years

We have released 4 blue marlins already, weighting approximately between 400 and 550 lbs. The new season looks great as we are seeing between 5 to 10 marlin every day.

After a nice winter catching plenty of bonitos, barracudas, breams and many more we are having an awesome beginning of Spring. We have caught a few good sized Big Eye Tunas, and we are looking forward to the first Blue Marlins of the season!

Today we released a blue marlin of approx 600 pounds after 2 h 15 mins fighting. Fish was caught on 50 pounds stand up. Way to go!

Fish On released last Friday the first blue marlin of the season of the fleet. Fish was estimated 550 lbs after a 1 h and 15 mins fight.

Last week we’ve been trolling and it’s looking good. Big dorados and big eye tunas of around 100 kg have been seen and Saturday we lost a white marlin in the run and spotted 3 spearfish. Skipjack tuna are also around and water up to 22 degrees Celsius. Today we had a byte of a

Tuna season is coming late. Although a few bluefin tunas have been released, it had nothing to do with last year as many bluefin and albacore tunas were already caught and released. We just hope the waiting will have a prize very soon. We are still bottom fishing for snapper, seabream, stingrays, Atlantic bonito, etc

While we wait for the tunas to show up , we are enjoying some bottom fishing. As soon as we can think about we’ll be catching some nice tunas!

Today we Released this beautiful blue marlin. When season seemed over they appeared again! We love this fish !

Today we caught this 20 kilos wahoo. One of the best fish to eat! Marlin season nearly over. We start with shore trolling and bottom fishing this week.

Today we caught this nice blue marlin. Estimate weight 475 pounds. Fish got tail wrapped and came death to the boat. Fish was donated to Charity.

Today during the first day of the Fishin tournament in Pasito Blanco we released a 350 pounds blue marlin. We also lost 2 other blues and 1 white marlin!

Beginning of June is always the time when the first marlins appear in Gran Canaria. There are reports of 1 or 2 blue marlins been released per day. Unfortunately for us still no bytes but we keep trying!!

Today me managed to catch 2 albacore tunas. Also first 2 blue marlin of the season were released by other boat

Lots of bait balls and many skipjack tunas around mean that our loved blue and white marlins are not far from Gran Canaria!! Can’t wait!

Past days show a lot of tuna action. We have caught 10 albacore tunas between 10 and 25 kilos!

We are having fun this winter catching bonitos, barracudas, snapper, grouper…. and tunas are around the corner!!

Today my dream came truth when we released in perfect shape a 500 lbs blue marlin. Manu Moreno from Barcelona had the opportunity to do so and I’m sure he Will never forget the experience.

We were lucky and released this beautiful white marlin the first day of the tournament. The second day we saw a free swimming blue marlin but not interested in the lures, we ended up in 6th position out of 34 boats.

In mid-May we had news of the first marlins released in the waters of Gran Canaria, an the marlins were not alone as a big quantities of Big Eye and Yellowfin Tuna were also seen and caught. Skipjack tuna and bait are everywhere so the season has officially begun.
